Customer Lifetime Value

Today I go to the library to find info for my assignment.. I read about marketing books not bcoz that is my subject but I'm looking for marketing strategies of a company. As I turn pages to pages, I see a picture that makes me laugh. It's written on a stone and located in the disneyland. It's called "disneyland of daily stories". These statement are made by Stew Leonard.
RULE 1:THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT !
RULE 2:IF THE CUSTOMER IS EVER WRONG REREAD RULE 1.
Goin crazy with this statement... Hahaha.....

Orientation week..

well, I also forget to write about this.. Hehehe... The orientation week was held from 27th August until 30th August. It's not really a good moment for me. I have to sit down almost 6 hours to hear all advice and facilities here. And all was in English..!! I' m happy when I found I can understand what they said. Aplaus for me.. Hehehehe...
But in 30th August, we have trip to Alamanda shopping centre in Putrajaya. We can have shopping there, but everything are expensive and not so good. So, at last me and my friends just walking around the mall and found a small cottage outside the mall. Finally, we go back to hostel with empty hand.. Phiewww....

Party (me)....

I'm forget about this already.. Because of my preparation to go study abroad, I didn't have time to write about this. Accidentally today I remember this after I see camera images in my phone.. Hehehe...
This is a party was held by my auntie for my study here.. Thanks auntie..!! She cooperate with my grandmom to make a dinner. It's shabu-shabu a.k.a sang wo party.. There was my auntie's family, my grandmom, my 5th ipo, and my uncle that always busy come together to this celebration. I really touched.. Hehehe...

Steak 4 my Lunch

Yeah.. Today menu for my lunch is chicken steak.. I really don't know that canteen of this uni sells western food.. I just know this from my friend 2 days ago. It's quite funny.. Indian people sells western food. Hmm.... Not really Indian people, but Malaysian whose looks like Indians. They have red spot on their forehead. Hahaha...
Well, the steak is delicious.. Chicken chop with brown sauce.. Oh ya, there are also french fries. I miss this food already. Hahaha... I'm surprise that the price only RM 7.00 (lets say RM 1= Rp.3000). It's only Rp.21000....!! Not so expensive lah.. Hehe...

1st Weekend by Myself

I really feel lonely here...
This week there is only me.. Me myself in my hostel room. I was thinking about last week when I first enter this uni. Me and my mom are in my hostel room talking together, having fun at all. I really miss that moment.
Friends?? Of course I have friends.. But some of them are goin to KL and the others go to Alamanda shopping centre in Putrajaya. Now I feel silly. Why I don't go to have fun with them?? This is because my assignment which have to be collected by wednesday. Phiewww.... Well, I'll do my shopping in my hometown then. Can't wait until my holiday...

assignment... huaaaaaa.....!!!

as I started my class on 2nd sept 2008, I already have my first assignment for english..
at least, it is group working so I dont have to worry if I can't do about it. But, we only have a short time to do this assignment. we have to give the teacher fist draft this wednesday...
what a busy week..
but because this is short sem, about 2 months, we have to learn everything twice quicker than long sem.
learn, learn, learn....
do assignment....
read the book...
do homework...
quizzes...
and then final test....
huaaaaa........ I've lost my confidence....
